COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Path may collect personal information, such as names, email and physical addresses, telephone numbers, demographic information, and any other information you provide when you register with or otherwise submit such information via the Service, including information submitted the via a dialog box or widget associated with the Service that is displayed on a third party website. We may also collect information such as your IP address and similar usage and tracking information when you are browsing or otherwise using the Service. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE
We use the information that we collect from you to provide you with the Service, support and enhance your use of the Service, to monitor which features of the Service are used most, to determine third-party offerings that may be of interest to you, and to determine which features we need to focus on improving.

We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below) in the aggregate, so that we can improve the Service and for business and administrative purposes. “Non-Personally Identifiable Information” means information that may correspond to a particular person, account or profile, but that is not sufficient to identify, contact or locate the person to whom such information pertains. We may also use or share with third parties for any purpose aggregated data that does not contain personally identifiable information.
Diagnose Service Problems
We may use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer the Service. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic data. Your IP address contains no personal information about you.
We will send you Service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. Generally, you may not opt-out of communications which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to terminate your account.
We will use your information to communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account.

Targeted or Behavioral Advertising
Targeted advertising (also known as Behavioral Advertising) uses information collected on an individual’s interactions with the Services, such as the pages they have visited, the searches they have made, the type of device they have used, their demographics or locations, or the orders they have placed. This information is then used to select which advertisement should be displayed to a particular individual via the Service. For example, if you have shown a preference for a type of beverage while using the Service, you may be served an advertisement via the Service relating to that type of beverage. We may share or sell aggregated demographic information about our user base, including information related to your use of the Service (e.g., how you interact with our Service, our partners and Service Providers), your device type, UUID, purchase history, delivery location history, and click tracking, with third party advertisers for the purpose of selecting an appropriate audience for their advertisements, but only after either removing from such information anything that personally identifies you or combining it with other information so that it no longer personally identifies you. This information does not identify individual users by name, email or other contact information. If you would like to opt out of targeted advertising that occurs when using the Services, please contact us at support at chatpath.com. Please note that this will opt you out of targeted ads delivered via the Service. If you opt out, you will continue to receive online advertising via the Service; however, these ads may not be as relevant to you.
Path may share or sell aggregated demographic or other information about its user base that includes Non-Personally Identifying Information and log data (including how users interact with our Service), with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services. This information does not identify individual users by name, email or other contact information.
Third Party Vendors
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, provide customer support, perform Service -related services (e.g., maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Service’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Service are used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf.
Path cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Path or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.
Acquisition of Path
ACCESSING AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our Service, or if you wish to update your preferences to receive email or other communications from us, you may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend your personal information and preferences by making the change on our user information page or by emailing us at support (at) chatpath.com. We will respond to your access request within 30 days. We will take commercially reasonable steps to implement your opt-out requests promptly, but you may still receive communications from us for up to 30 days as we process your request.
The Service may offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used for any purpose by others who access them. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable or other information you choose to submit in these areas. To request removal of your personal information from our blogs or community forums, contact us at support (at) chatpath.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so.
